Richard Cusato
Director
Richard has 20 years experience within the timber industry having started out life as Junior Sales for Vincent Murphy & Co. He has been at the helm at BOSS Lumber UK for 6+ years and has been fundamental to its rapid growth during this time, including the expansion of our Chester facility which is currently home to over 2500m3 of stock.
He is an avid fan of Liverpool FC and is also a UEFA B License candidate, currently coaching at Welsh Premier League Champions, Connah’s Quay Nomads, as part of the Scholars’ coaching staff.
Phil Hughes
Operations Manager
Phil has been at BOSS Lumber UK for 4 years, starting out in Sales. He is now our Operations Manager, managing the whole of our Chester site, looking after all of our incoming and outgoing stock.
Phil has a passion for cars and supports Everton.
Louise Mahoney
Sales & Administration
Louise joined the team in March 2019 as our Office Manager, she came from a background in finance and administration. Louise is extremely organised and has quickly become a valuable member of the team, keeping us all in check.
Louise also has a keen interest in fitness and nutrition.
Kate Cusato
Marketing Manager
Having spent 9 years within the PR team at MoneySuperMarket.com and two years in a Commercial role at Liverpool FC, Kate is now the Marketing Manager here at BOSS Lumber UK and oversees everything from Social Media to Branding.
